Job Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's Degree (S1/D3/D4) in Accounting, Industry Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  2. Having deep knowledge in Odoo Functional
  3. Min 2 cycle implementation Odoo for module: Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory and Manufacture.
  4. Capable in conducting business requirements
  5. Capable in conducting testing and training
  6. Good communication skill
  7. Must be result-oriented and demonstrate an attitude of adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  8. Work self-directed and independently.


Responsibles :

  1. Requirements Analysis: Understanding the client's accounting needs and business processes to tailor the Odoo system to meet those requirements.
  2. Implementation: Setting up and configuring the Odoo accounting module to ensure it aligns with the client's accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
  3. Customization: Customizing the Odoo accounting system to fit specific business needs, which may involve modifying existing features or developing new ones.
  4. Integration: Ensuring that the accounting module integrates smoothly with other Odoo modules (like Sales, Inventory, or Purchasing) and external systems (such as banking interfaces or third-party applications).
  5. Data Migration: Assisting in the migration of financial data from legacy systems to Odoo, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  6. Training: Providing training and support to users on how to effectively use the Odoo accounting module, including creating and managing invoices, processing payments, and generating financial reports.
  7. Troubleshooting and Support: Offering ongoing support to resolve any issues or bugs related to the accounting module and providing guidance on best practices.
  8. Compliance: Ensuring that the Odoo accounting system complies with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
  9. Reporting: Helping clients generate and interpret financial reports and dashboards for better decision-making.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest Odoo updates and features to recommend improvements and optimizations for the accounting system.
